GigBudz License Agreement/Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and GigBudz (“GigBudz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of the GigBudz platform, including the GigBudz mobile application, website, and any associated services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You must sign up through your Facebook account, which must have been active for at least six months, and you must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GigBudz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Conduct
By using the Service, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harm toward others.
Post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive activities, including but not limited to scams or false ticket selling.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or any other user’s use of the Service.
4. User Content
You may post, share, and upload content such as concert posts, comments, and reviews on the Service. By doing so, you grant GigBudz a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload and must ensure that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. GigBudz reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the community.
5. Ticket Purchases and Affiliate Links
The Service provides links to third-party platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, Viagogo) for ticket purchasing. GigBudz does not sell tickets directly but offers affiliate links that may generate revenue for GigBudz through clicks and sales.
You agree to use these third-party platforms at your own risk. GigBudz is not responsible for any issues that may arise from transactions with third-party ticket vendors, including but not limited to ticket availability, pricing, or refunds.
6. Premium Membership
GigBudz offers a premium subscription that provides additional benefits, including but not limited to an ad-free experience, early visibility on user lists, and the ability to create new posts for unlisted concerts. The subscription fee is £25 per year, with a 7-day free trial. The premium membership will automatically renew unless canceled.
By subscribing to the premium membership, you authorize GigBudz to charge the payment method associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable.
7. Privacy and Data Collection

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GigBudz and its affiliates, partners, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any content you access through the Service.
GigBudz makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GigBudz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
GigBudz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction]. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
12. Disclaimer

14. Governing Law
